We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually captivating and engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and meets the objectives of our marketing and communications efforts. Your work will involve video editing, creating motion graphics, and character animations that will be used across various digital channels.


Key Responsibilities


  • Video Editing: Edit and enhance video footage for clarity, storytelling, and flow, using advanced features in Adobe Visual Studio and other tools as needed.
  • Motion Design: Develop and incorporate motion graphics into videos to add visual appeal, enhance storytelling, and convey messages effectively.
  • Character Creation: Design and animate characters as required for specific projects, ensuring that they fit within the established visual framework and brand style.
  • Storyboarding & Scripting: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to storyboard and script video projects, bringing ideas to life visually and conceptually.
  • Graphic Integration: Incorporate logos, overlays, and other graphic elements into videos for brand alignment and consistency.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members to ensure all content meets quality standards, branding guidelines, and campaign objectives.
  • Adaptation for Platforms: Adjust and optimize videos and motion graphics for various platforms and devices, ensuring quality and performance across social media, websites, and other digital outlets.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing, motion design, and character creation.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Adobe Visual Studio: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Motion Graphics Tools: Proficiency in motion graphics software and plugins to create visually appealing animated content.
  • Character Animation: Experience in creating character animations for different media formats.
  • Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize visually compelling stories and bring ideas to life in engaging video formats.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all video elements align with the overall project goals and brand standards.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and interpret feedback constructively.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of video compression, file formats, and resolution specifications for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing practices for video content.
