**Job Description**:
As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative concepts to life through captivating visual storytelling. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to produce compelling motion graphics and animations that enhance our brand and effectively communicate our messages.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualization and Storyboarding:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects.

2. Design and Animation:
Create visually stunning and dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using industry-standard software.

3. Brand Integration:
Ensure that motion graphics align with and enhance the overall brand identity and messaging of the company.

4. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, videographers, and marketing professionals, to bring cohesive visual experiences to life.

5. Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

6. Stay Current with Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our motion graphics.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.

3. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard design and animation software, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop & other related tools for the profile.

4. Creativity: A keen eye for design aesthetics, creativity, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.

5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.

6. Team Player: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
