About the Role:

As an Operations Associate , you will play a crucial role in creating and managing channel listings for healthcare providers across various platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing the performance of provider profiles, identifying successful strategies, and suggesting optimizations to enhance client engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and a passion for the mental health industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Channel Listings Creation: Create channel listings on all platforms listed on Kiwi Health to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of healthcare providers' channel listings and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategy Identification: Identify successful strategies employed by high-performing provider profiles and recommend optimizations.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure that providers are performing well and attracting organic clients and leads through their profiles.
  • Performance Assessments: Conduct regular performance assessments of provider profiles and provide actionable feedback for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of catalog creation experience in e-commerce or preferably the health industry.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with providers and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for the healthcare industry, particularly in the mental health sector.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts.

Compensation:

4-7 Lakhs per annum


Shift Timings:

Night Shift (9.30 pm - 5.30 am)


Working Days:

3 days (WFO) + 2 days (WFH)
