KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical ownership of large, complex programs by working closely with customer product owner, architects to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality products.

• Participate in all projects related technical discussions and drive the consensus among stakeholders on key parameters.

• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design with hands-on approach by implementing proof of concepts and evaluations

• Effectively lead large project teams

• Participate in work product reviews

• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers

• Proactively guide teams, recommend best practices/framework/tools by foreseeing and addressing challenges

• Participate in proposals/RFP activities in technical capacity and support practice teams as and when needed by participating in customer calls/visits/workshops.

• Effectively communicate all concepts and guidelines to development team

• Conduct training and architecture overview sessions for new leaders and team members.

• Write technology whitepaper driving the future of certain product and technology.

• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.


ROLE AND PRIMARY TASK

• Working in agile team as combined requirements engineer and in area of software architecture/design.

• Develop product and software requirements according to the defined processes and quality management system.

• Support architectural-/design decisions and reviews.

Technical Skills

• Programming: C/C++; Python

• Operating Systems: Linux Embedded; RTOS

• Tools: Polarion; Azure DevOps; Eclipse; Robot Framework

• Methods: Unit Testing, Risk Based Testing, Verification and Validation


Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.

• 15-18 Yrs

Healthcare domain experience would be an Added advantage.
