Job Role- C++ Polarion Architect

Location- Pune

Experience- 10 to 15 Years


Responsibilities :

  • Technical ownership of large, complex programs by working closely with customer product owner, architects to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality products
  • Participate in all project related technical discussions and drive the consensus among stakeholders on key parameters
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design with hands-on approach by implementing proof of concepts and evaluations
  • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
  • Effectively lead large project teams
  • Participate in work product reviews
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
  • Proactively guide teams, recommend best practices/framework/tools by foreseeing and addressing challenges
  • Participate in proposals/RFP activities in technical capacity and support practice teams as and when needed by participating in customer calls/visits/workshops
  • Effectively communicate all concepts and guidelines to development team
  • Conduct training and architecture overview sessions for new leaders and team members
  • Write technology whitepaper driving the future of certain product and technology.
  • Must have experience on Polarion
