Store Manager

We are looking for a committed store manager who can manage sales performance, upkeep of the store, customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• To oversee all the in-store operations.
• To ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and increase brand loyalty.
• To ensure excellent in-store experience for the customers (including VM and displays) and well-groomed staff, according to in-store brand experience guidelines.
• To provide product recommendations to clients, cross sell and upsell.
• To ensure the roster is followed and adequate staff members are available in stores at all times.
• To ensure there are no discrepancies in the store inventory and there is adequate stock.
• To ensure customer complaints are addressed in a manner suitable to the brand’s guidelines.
• To regularly share store data and feedback with head office.
• To ensure timely delivery of client orders.
Qualifications
• Graduate with any specialization
• 4-5 years of experience in retail
An Ideal Candidate will have -
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent leadership skills with Commercial awareness.
• Customer centric approach with a positive attitude
• Prompt attitude to manage all the store operations.
