Corporate / Senior Vice President - Strategic Alliances & Formal Group

Job Objective
Professional with exceptional business development skills and has current market relationships .
To set up and create an alternate channel with new mutually beneficial alliance partnerships.
To identify ,strategize & acquire new bancassurance ,NBFCs ,broking and other alliances to expand market reach, and set up new sales distribution channels. To create Alternate channels which contribute to 15% - 20% of the company's topline. To acquire employee benefits business and service the existing clients
Impact on the Business / Function
Identifying and acquiring new partnerships which are mutually beneficial and aligned with company framework.
Lead organization initiative on acquiring new Banks/Corporate agents for distribution of retail and group products
Execute and launch the new partnerships
Acquire new employee benefit relationships while maintaining the company's philosophy on profitable business.
Create plan for new acquisitions and acquire min. 3 new tie ups in 18 months.
Create a channel P &L on launch and monitoring the key metrics as per the P&L.
Representation in various forums
Customers / Stakeholders
Liaison effectively with the potential channel partners and associate as distributors
Liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination
Top Management meetings with the potential banks/Corporate agency and targeted partners for corporate agency tie ups.
Articulate and create business cases by coordinating with the internal stakeholders.
Comprehensive skills in Business Development ,strategic planning to implement the initiatives.
Regular meetings with the potential bank/ Channel partners at General
Manager, Executive Director & CMD level.
Coordinate with peers in other depts., CEO Direct Reports & CEO.
Meetings & presentations to Boards of Prospective Corporate Agents
Leadership & Teamwork
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills .
Mentor, guide and provide sales support to the team
Support the team in Senior Management meetings and lead by example
Reviews and meeting are held on a regular basis, key accounts are discussed and a solution is provided for the same
Operational Effectiveness & Control
Good understanding of the LI processes to be effective in creating synergies across both organisations.
Complaint& abide by all practices laid out in the company.
Maintaining up to date MIS and tracker of alliances and reporting
Seamless execution of new processes.
No lapse of any regulatory or corporate governance framework.
Milestones & criteria created for governance. Robust MIS to track progress
