Role Description:


  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at growing the user base, improving brand awareness, and enhancing influencer engagement.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across channels (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Drive customer segmentation strategies to target different influencer audiences and optimize engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate with product, tech & operations teams to improve user experience, based on feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor influencer performance metrics, ensuring content and campaigns align with user growth objectives.
  • Manage paid media campaigns to boost influencer visibility and fan acquisition.
  • Lead efforts in SEO/SEM, A/B testing, and digital advertising to maximize user outreach.
  • Partner with influencers and content creators for co-marketing and promotional campaigns.


Requirements: 


  • 4+ years of experience in user growth, digital marketing, or similar roles within tech or creator-centric platforms.
  • Proven experience in scaling user bases through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).
  • Experience in influencer marketing or creator economy platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to change.
  • Experience in app marketing (iOS/Android).
  • Familiarity with subscription models or premium content platforms.
