Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-ups.
  • Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct research on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with recruitment software or ATS is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
