We are offering a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management. This is a remote, unpaid internship, providing you with the chance to work closely with industry leaders and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-ups.
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct research on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with recruitment software or ATS is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
