As the Group Lead - Video Content, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and quality of all video content deliverables. Your role involves leading a team of video creators, collaborating with clients to define video strategies, and ensuring all videos align with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry standards. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality video content that effectively communicates client messages and engages their audience across multiple platforms.


Note: Experience in Creative Agencies preferred.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee video content production: Ensure all video content – including commercials, social media videos, explainer videos, and brand videos – is engaging, high-quality, and meets client objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients: Understand clients' video needs, provide creative direction, and ensure all video content aligns with their brand identity and messaging.
  • Quality assurance: Review and approve final video content to ensure it meets industry standards, client requirements, and is free of errors.
  • Team leadership: Manage a team of video producers, editors, and content creators. Provide mentorship, constructive feedback, and ensure smooth video production workflows.
  • Strategize video content: Work closely with clients to develop content strategies that effectively address their business goals, ensuring videos are impactful and aligned with broader marketing strategies.
  • Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the video production process and implement new methods to enhance efficiency, quality, and creativity.
  • Client communication: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the video content and any revisions are completed promptly.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in video content creation, production, and strategy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
