Job Description:


The Manager - Talent Management will spearhead comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and addressing skill gaps through tailored training programs. They will also manage reward and recognition programs to motivate and acknowledge high performers, while overseeing competitive compensation structures and compliance with legal standards. The HR Manager will drive employee engagement through targeted strategies and handle employee relations, promoting a positive and productive work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

  • Design and implement L&D initiatives to develop employee skills and capabilities aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored training solutions to address skill gaps.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end L&D process including program evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Drive talent management processes including talent reviews, ROI on training, Competency matrix, and succession planning.

Reward and Recognition:

  • Develop and manage reward and recognition programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and implement effective recognition programs, including awards and peer-to-peer systems.
  • Align reward programs with performance management to recognize high achievers.
  • Clearly communicate policies and programs, and train managers on effective recognition practices.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Manage the budget for reward programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial constraints.

Compensation Management:

  • Design and oversee salary structures, bonuses, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Conduct market research to align compensation packages with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Ensure all compensation practices comply with legal regulations and organizational policies.

Employee Policies:

  • Create, update, and implement employee policies to support organizational goals and legal compliance.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to policies, addressing any violations or issues that arise.
  • Regularly review and revise policies based on feedback, changes in law, and evolving organizational needs.
  • Clearly communicate policies to employees and provide training to ensure understanding and adherence.

Employee Engagement and Relations:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and proactively address areas for improvement.
  • Proactively manage employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers on handling personnel matters effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Must have worked on Training, Talent Management, L&D and Policy Development.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
