This individual will serve as a thought leader and facilitator for Digiaccel's Analytics agenda and courses. They will oversee the delivery of analytics and reporting across all levels, collaborating with business owners to meet their requirements. Additionally, they will support strategic planning by conducting in-depth analyses, often in collaboration with other stakeholders.


A Typical Day


  • Roll up your sleeves and get yourself immersed in action as we build Digiaccel and analytics function.
  • Lead the development and execution of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence strategies. To start with, this will be an individual contributor role which may expand into handling a team in medium term.
  • Provide functional leadership to Analytics agenda, fostering a culture of analytical thought and collaboration.
  • Cultivate a highly skilled, motivated, and empowered team as situation and demand warrants in future.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective reporting dashboards and tools.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive credit courses on Analytics, including lectures and assessments, to support our learners' education and growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting and analytics, offering valuable insights and benchmarks.
  • Regularly communicate project prioritization and status updates to the leadership team and stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Conduct detailed analyses to offer targeted insights on key business drivers, facilitating informed decision-making and enhancing business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote academic excellence in Analytics by delivering top-notch educational content through in-person or online platforms.


Your Expertise

 

• Minimum experience required is 4 years for this role. Ideal of 4 - 6 years total experience in a similar Analytics role preferably from a specialist analytics led organization or consulting based domain. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field required.

• Experience in competitive intelligence, business intelligence, or knowledge management units preferred.

• Strong strategic planning skills with an ability to set clear priorities and objectives.

• Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and challenging the status quo.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI required, additional programming languages a plus.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, graphing, and advanced functions.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools, with Tableau experience considered advantageous.

About the Company

Digiaccel Learning is an edtech company aimed at solving for digital skilling in India. As technology evolves, the skills required by the job market are very different from the traditional skills that the formal education system in India prepares students for. These new age careers like digital marketing, eCommerce, data science, UI/ UX are not facilitated by traditional education institutes and need an alternate pathway of upskilling and placement. Digiaccel aims to facilitate this pathway for graduating students and working professionals looking to shift to digital careers.

Digiaccel is setup by experienced industry professionals with deep expertise in eCommerce and digital marketing. The curriculum is designed and taught by industry professionals. It is application based and intended to give learners hands on experience to real work problems and situations. The company has some very strong industry validation and has signed up some of India’s largest consumer and consumer tech companies as placement partners.
