Role Description

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions for our company. This role requires a deep understanding of digital channels, strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to evolving trends in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, social media, email, and blogs.
  • Manage content calendar and ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting parameters, and optimize ad creative to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and audience growth strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
  • Segment email lists based on audience characteristics and behavior for targeted messaging.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights for optimization.

Website Management:

  • Collaborate with web development team to ensure website functionality and user experience meet digital marketing objectives.
  • Implement website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed for specialized digital marketing services.
