Head of Retail Expansion & Operations – Airnet Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 7–12 Years in Retail Expansion / Operations / Business Development Role Type: Full-Time | Senior ManagementAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic senior professional to lead new store expansion and drive sales performance across existing retail outlets. The ideal candidate will own the complete expansion strategy, store rollout, operational excellence, and revenue growth for all Airnet stores.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end expansion of new stores across Delhi NCR – location scouting, feasibility, layouts, vendor coordination, and launch.Drive sales performance and operational standards across current outlets.Develop and execute retail expansion strategy aligned with company growth plans.Identify high-potential markets, negotiate leases, and finalize store properties.Collaborate with OEM partners for approvals and store formats.Monitor store KPIs: revenue, footfall, conversion, ASP, category mix, and profitability.Implement SOPs and ensure smooth operations across all retail locations.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams for store success.Build and lead a high-performing retail operations team.Drive new initiatives, promotions, and in-store customer experience improvements.Key Skills RequiredStrong experience in retail expansion, store rollout, or multi-store operations.Understanding of consumer electronics retail (preferred).Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability.Ability to manage multiple stores and new projects simultaneously.QualificationsGraduate/MBA preferred.7–12 years of experience in Retail Expansion / Operations / Business Development.Experience in electronics, appliances, telecom, or similar categories is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to lead expansion for a fast-growing retail networkExposure to premium electronics brands and modern retail formats
