*Job Title:** Network Engineer - Aruba Specialization **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with expertise in Aruba Switches, Aruba Wireless, Clearpass, Zscaler, and Jira to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and manage Aruba Switches, Aruba Wireless, and Clearpass infrastructure to ensure high-performance network connectivity. - Configure and troubleshoot Zscaler solutions to secure internet access and data transfer. - Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications. - Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime. - Implement and manage network security policies, including access control lists (ACLs), firewall rules, and VPN configurations. - Perform regular network monitoring, analysis, and optimization to ensure optimal performance and security. - Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on network-related topics. - Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network support and maintenance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Aruba, Zscaler, and Clearpass technologies, and implement new features and best practices. - Collaborate with the Jira team to track and resolve network-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Aruba Switches, Aruba Wireless, Clearpass, Zscaler, and Jira. - Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and OSPF. - In-depth knowledge of Aruba OS, Clearpass, and Zscaler solutions. - Experience with Jira and IT service management processes. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field. **Preferred Qualifications:** - CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification in networking. - Experience with cloud-based network services, such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of security protocols, including SSL/TLS, IPsec, and VPN. - Experience with network automation tools, such as Ansible or Python. - Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management principles. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of network engineers and IT professionals. - Professional growth and development opportunities, including training and certifications. - Collaborative and innovative work environment. - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions.
