We are looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Model Development & Improvement: 
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for a variety of applications (e.g., classification, regression, recommendation systems, etc.). 
  • Tune and optimize models for improved performance and scalability. 
  • Data Preprocessing & Feature Engineering: 
  • Handle large datasets, perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation to prepare data for model building. 
  • Apply feature engineering techniques to enhance model accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Model Evaluation & Optimization: 
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, ensuring models meet business objectives. 
  • Fine-tune model hyperparameters and ensure proper validation to prevent overfitting and underfitting. 
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: 
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and provide insights derived from machine learning models. 
  • Deployment & Monitoring: 
  • Assist in deploying machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance over time. 
  • Continuously optimize models based on new data and performance feedback. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: 
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and best practices. 
  • Present technical findings, results, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Continuous Learning: 
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science, and apply this knowledge to improve models and processes. 
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, including code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring junior engineers. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a focus on model development, optimization, and deployment. 
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and feature engineering. 
  • Technical Skills: 
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. 
  • Experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost. 
  • Proficiency in working with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and databases (SQL). 
  • Experience with model deployment in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. 
  • Skills & Abilities: 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on technical challenges. 
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex models and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. 
  • Desirable: 
  • Experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is a plus.
