  • Preparation of various weekly & month end reports like Cash Flow, A/P Ageing, AR Ageing, Management Information System, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Variance Analysis etc.
  • Preparation & Filling of Statutory compliances monthly, quarterly, half -yearly & yearly.
  1. E.g.- Monthly TDS, Quarterly TDS Returns 24Q & 26Q, , Monthly Provident Fund filling, Professional Tax & ESIC.
  • Update vendor master files and respond to vendor queries on a regular basis.
  • Receive, verify, and submit employee credit memos and expense reports & Employee reimbursement.
  • Conduct wire transfer NEFT / RTGS payment processes on a regular basis.
  • Assist in processing travel advances, settlements, and credit memos.
  • Contribute to expense report review to ensure company policy compliance
  • Raising the sales tax Invoice & E Invoice.
  • Collecting the time sheet details from concerned team by timely manner
  • Calculation working hours, maintaining of billing rate tracker, tracking of Purchase order fund availability for raising invoice
  • Maintaining books of accounts Like Journal, Payment, receipt.., etc
  • Maintaining books of accounts like Expenses, Income, Payment, Receipt..etc
  • Month closing activities (journal entries / accrual entries)
  • Day to day accounting Vendor and customer invoices in QB/ Accounting ERP
  • Support internal and external audit and provide the details to audit
  • Strong in fundamentals of Accounting standard.
