Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role involves managing critical tasks, ensuring smooth coordination, and acting as the CEO’s representative in interactions with clients, partners, and teams. You’ll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, solving problems, and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in strategic initiatives, including monitoring industry trends and providing actionable insights.
- Coordination: Work closely with partners to align collaborative efforts with company goals.
- Preparation: Organize materials, briefs, and presentations to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
- Representation: Represent the CEO in meetings, events, and professional forums when needed.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Task Management: Handle high-priority and critical tasks confidently and efficiently.
- Adaptability: Respond quickly to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Use exceptional communication skills (including fluency in multiple languages) to connect with diverse audiences.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of special projects and ensure their successful completion.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively and make sound decisions under pressure.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and current tech trends.
- Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Personality: Outspoken, extroverted, and confident.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion: Experience managing sensitive and critical tasks.
- Location: Must be based in Bangalore with a strong local network.
