Job Summary:

The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a vital role in developing and executing our automated marketing strategies. This position will design, build, and optimize campaigns across various channels to nurture leads, improve customer engagement, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical understanding of marketing automation platforms, combined with data-driven analytical skills and marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and implement multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, including email workflows, lead scoring, A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Platform Management: Set up, maintain, and optimize marketing automation platforms. Ensure smooth integration with CRM systems, web analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.). Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to drive optimization.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with overall strategies, messaging, and goals.
  • Best Practices: Stay current on marketing automation trends and technologies, continually recommending new strategies and improvements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in marketing automation, with hands-on expertise in a leading platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and personalization tactics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
