Barcode is seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Trainee to join our vibrant team. This role involves assisting in creating engaging campaigns and fostering strong relationships with influencers. Ideal candidates are social media savvy, creative, and passionate about marketing trends. Join us to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.


Your responsibilities as a Marketing Trainee will be-

  1. Support the coordination and oversight of influencer initiatives, from scouting and recruitment to campaign management.
  2. Remain at the forefront of emerging social media trends and developments.
  3. Play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing our influencer network.
  4. Participate actively in team brainstorming sessions and the generation of campaign concepts.
  5. Deliver comprehensive reports on influencer campaigns, including insights into influencer reach and engagement metrics.


Key qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency in creative tools like Canva and other up-to-date applications.
  • Strong scriptwriting and content creation capabilities.
  • Fundamental knowledge of social media practices.
  • Aptitude for content ideation and effective management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient networking abilities.
