Position Overview:


We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Uni Seoul store in Bengaluru, M5 Electronic City Mall. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, customer service, and team leadership, with a deep understanding of retail management and the ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • P&L Management: Take ownership of the store’s Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring cost-effective operations, managing expenses, and optimizing profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to improve store performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage product displays, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring consistent adherence to store policies and procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, keeping product displays updated and aligned with brand standards.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales and P&L reports to management.
  • Cash Handling: Oversee POS transactions, handle cash management, and ensure proper accounting of daily revenue.
  • Compliance: Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in lifestyle, home décor, or fashion brands.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve performance goals.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Sales-Oriented: Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets.
  • P&L Experience: Demonstrated experience managing store profitability, cost controls, and budget allocations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and operational issues calmly and effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office, retail management software, and POS systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in inventory and store management.
