Inside Sales Lead Generation - Education Sales, based in ADYPU Campus, Pune


The Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating high-quality leads to support our sales team. This role involves researching potential clients, engaging prospects, and nurturing relationships to create a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for generating leads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·      Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target accounts. Utilize various tools and platforms to gather relevant information about prospects.
  • ·      Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • ·      Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target profile. Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • ·      Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database with accurate information about leads and interactions. Track progress and update records regularly.
  • ·      Assist in creating and distributing engaging content and resources that support lead generation efforts, such as emails, scripts, and social media posts.
  • ·      Analyse lead generation metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and improve efficiency. Identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • ·      Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the education sector.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, along with local language Tamil/Kannada is essential.
