Job Overview:


BayOne, an IT services organization on a growth path, is looking for an individual with experience setting up OD/L&D practice for a small to medium size IT services company in the past and has run it as an individual contributor as well. The Learning & Development (L&D) resource will manage and coordinate training programs and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives across the organization globally. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders to identify training needs, manage the training calendar, and ensure the effective utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS). The L&D/OD personnel will also be responsible for budget management and generating reports to track training progress and outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery, adaptation, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (Tovuti) within the company’s L&D infrastructure.
  • Ensure the LMS is up-to-date, user-friendly, and effectively utilized across the organization.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate end-to-end learning/training/OD programs – such as Mentorship, soft skills training and upskilling the other functional teams
  • Develop and manage quarterly learning goals and budgets.
  • Create and maintain yearly and quarterly training calendars.
  • Coordinate with various departments to identify and define learning needs.
  • Utilize needs assessments and feedback to continually improve training programs
  • Design content for new hire training programs such as effective communication and deliver training
  • Collaborate with leadership team for other strategic programs that are run on periodic basis
  • Occasionally partner with HR on OD initiatives as necessary
  • Explore and manage current LMS vendors.
  • Research potential vendors for LMS and leadership programs.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets organizational needs


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a L&D, Org. Development, or similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


Preferred:

  • Certification in Training and Development and/or OD
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


Location & Hours :

  • BayOne Gurugram office
  • Primary US Pacific hours + Occasional India hours
  • Willing to travel
