The NCLEX Trainer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of a comprehensive, engaging, results oriented training program that is consistent with United State Board of Nursing practice acts, sharpens the program participants knowledge of nursing fundamental.


Qualification

  • BSc Nursing graduate
  • Must have active USRN license
  • Basic Domain knowledge
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as NCLEX Trainer
  • Minimum 2 years of Hospital bedside experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies gaps between the desired state and the current state of knowledge and developing customized training curriculum that is scalable and provides EXL a competitive edge
  • Establishes and defines the structure of the learning context
  • Designs, develops and deploys training curriculum content and resources to prepare nurses for NCLEX-RN exam.
  • Formulates effective exercises or assessments for essential learning improvements
  • Implements and demonstrates effective training methods (i.e. test-taking strategies, etc.)
  • Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement
  • Deliberates scholars that need support & coaching
  • Training need analysis, researching, designing and developing content such as module outlines, presentations, trainer’s guide, participant’s guides and other training material
  • Conveys leadership to scholars and teams within scope.
