We are seeking a talented and experienced Computer Vision Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in developing and deploying computer vision solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in image processing, machine learning, and robotics. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing computer vision algorithms for our robotic systems, ensuring high performance and accuracy in real-world applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, recognition, tracking, and segmentation.
  • Develop and optimize real-time image and video processing pipelines for robotic applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into robotic systems, including hardware and software components.
  • Perform data collection, annotation, and augmentation to train and validate computer vision models.
  • Utilize machine learning and deep learning techniques to improve the accuracy and robustness of vision-based systems.
  • Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of computer vision models in diverse environments and conditions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer vision and robotics research and integrate new techniques into existing projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to camera calibration, lighting conditions, and sensor fusion.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in computer vision, image processing, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Strong experience with OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant libraries.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying computer vision solutions in real-world applications.
  • Experience with 3D vision, point cloud processing, and sensor integration is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
  • Familiarity with robotics frameworks such as ROS is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
