Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Vision Engineer with a strong background in multi-view geometry and classical computer vision algorithms to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing perception systems for semi-autonomous vehicle applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Perception Algorithms: Design and implement robust computer vision algorithms for object detection, recognition, tracking, and scene understanding.

Multi-View Geometry: Apply multi-view geometry techniques to develop 3D reconstruction, localization, and mapping solutions.

Classical Computer Vision: Utilize classical computer vision methods including feature extraction, image processing, and segmentation to solve complex perception problems.

Strong understanding of camera models (e.g. pin-hole, fish-eye ) and camera calibration processes.

Real-Time Processing: Optimize algorithms for real-time performance on embedded systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and roboticists, to integrate perception systems into robotic platforms.

Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer vision and robotics, and apply innovative techniques to improve perception systems.


Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor's , Master's or PhD's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer vision and robotics, with a focus on perception systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in multi-view geometry and 3D reconstruction techniques.

Strong knowledge of classical computer vision algorithms (e.g., SIFT, SURF, ORB).

Experience with sensor fusion and integration.

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB.

Experience with computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV, PCL) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and real-time processing on embedded systems.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing perception systems for autonomous robots or vehicles.

Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques.

Experience with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) algorithms.
