Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in an IT Consulting company, and will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall marketing strategy. This role demands expertise in digital marketing, market communication, content marketing, growth, and performance marketing to drive business objectives and enhance brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Strategic Planning and Execution:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.


2.Team Leadership:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.


3.Digital Marketing:


  • Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize campaigns and measure success metrics.


4.Market Communication:


  • Design and execute impactful communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for consistent brand messaging.


5.Content Marketing:


  • Drive content marketing initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and caters to target audiences.


6.Growth and Performance Marketing:


  • Identify and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and implement data-driven improvements.


7.Market Research and Insights:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing approaches.


8.Collaboration:


  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions and strategy meetings.



Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within an IT Consulting company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in content marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing techniques and performance optimization.
