Position : GRC Lead

Location : Mumbai (Client office – Worli /Andheri)

Work Model : Onsite (Work from Office)

Job description :

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Policy and Framework Development: Developing and refining GRC policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure alignment with client’s organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

 Risk Management: Candidate will be involved in projects where he will have to lead as a SME to deliver risk assessment and management processes to our clients. This involves identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's objectives.

 Compliance Management: Supporting clients in Monitoring regulatory requirements and ensuring the organization's activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. This includes overseeing compliance audits and assessments.

 Governance Support: Helping clients and CISO’s on governance matters. This may involve advising on governance structures, decision-making processes, and accountability frameworks.

 Training: Developing and delivering training programs to our clients for enhancing GRC awareness and capabilities across their organization. He may also have to conduct the Tabletop exercise based on the specific requirements from client.


Preferred Skills & Experience Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, and ISO) are highly desirable.

 Proven relevant experience of 10-12 years in the GRC field.

 In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity GRC frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT, CIS Controls).

 Good communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Extensive experience in risk assessment, compliance management, governance support.

 Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard GRC security tools, technologies, and methodologies.

 Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strategic, analytical mindset, and be able to decipher the complex GRC landscapes.

 Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in conducting professional responsibilities
