Our Woodbourne Hill resort in Goa is ideal for relaxation and strategic gatherings.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires working closely with other departments to support organizational goals and drive financial performance.Quality preferably Chartered Accountant with 10 years experience Experience in Finance, Taxation and Investment StrategyQualificationsIPO handlingCA preferredStrong skills in Financial Statements preparation and Financial ReportingExcellent Analytical Skills and solid understanding of Finance principlesExperience in Budgeting and financial planningProficient in regulatory compliance and financial auditingLeadership skills with the ability to manage a finance team effectivelyBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the hospitality or education sector is a plus
