ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:Assist in the launch of Used Car BusinessManage the Product and Processes rollout for Used Car BusinessAssist in developing partnerships with external parties/vendors to generate additional businessRelationship management with key stakeholders in smooth functioning of businessKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:Driving Business for Used Car ProductAssist to launch the Used Car Product – Refinance & RepurchaseAssist in preparation & roll out of Product and Process for Used Car BusinessTrack the daily business and prepare relevant MIS for supporting the businessDrive business through designing Sales contest and variable Pay programUsed Car DigitalizationEngaging with internal IT team [defining requirement in BRD, doing User Acceptance Testing] to deliver the system needed to scale up businessDo competitor benchmarking and do market assessment to bring in new changes in the system to enable business scale upPartnerships/CustomerIdentify and tie up with DSAs, dealerships, connectors, valuation agencies to scale up the businessEngaging with DSA/dealer/staff on a periodic basis to understand the changes in consumer behavior and make necessary changes in the ProductCoordinate with internal stakeholders to get relevant approvals to do partner tie-upsEducational / Qualifications:PDGM/MBA from Tier 1 or 2 college preferred Experience:Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Product/Credit with minimum 1-2 years of related experience in Used Car business [not mandatory]
