Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Development


Location: Gurgaon


Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience: 6-8 years of experience.


Who We Are Looking For

The candidate will be working with the biggest out of home advertising agency in the country where they will be groomed to be a great client servicing professional. The ideal candidate’s primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue opportunities for growth within an organization. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve the company's overall performance.


Responsibilities:

  1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, networking, and utilize other strategic methods to discover and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement to meet their evolving needs.
  3. Strategize for Growth: Formulate and implement effective strategies to boost revenue and enhance the overall performance of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  4. Present, Propose, and Negotiate: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals with potential clients and partners.
  5. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead in the market and apply this knowledge to drive business development initiatives.
