Rajasthan Studio, a pioneering company in offering unique art-based travel experiences, is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and skilled Travel Operations.


Role:

  • Understanding the processes and structure of the experiences, understanding the artist background, and art form.
  • Understanding the vision and mission of the company and implementing it into the masterclass art experiences.
  • Meeting and welcoming customers from the pre-decided pickup point and accompanying them to the workshop venue.
  • Making all the necessary arrangements in terms of materials required for the workshop, tea and refreshments, etc.
  • Coordinating with artists and customers to offer them a world-class art experience.
  • Clicking pictures and recording videos during the workshop.
  • Being attentive, supportive and helpful to the artists and customers at all times.
  • Taking feedback after the experience.
  • Translate from Hindi to English or vice versa where required during the experience to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Relevant background in travel and tourism services or hospitality or hosting workshops and events.
  • Skills: Customer handling, operations and management, understanding of content creation, strong communication and networking skills.
  • Traits: Passionate about travel and art, adaptable, team player.
  • Communication: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Location: You should be in Jodhpur to be able to host the experiences.


We are ideally looking for graduation/post-graduation students in relevant fields to volunteer for the experiences.

Note the following before applying:

The experiences happen on dates and time slots selected by the customers. The location of the experiences is mostly the artist home or studio or our studio space. We assign volunteers when we get bookings for experiences.
