Training Curriculum:

 

As a Management Trainee, we will train you in not only the foundation of the HR and Marketing functions, but also assign you independent and important work that will have you working with outside vendors as the company representative. Beyond this and in addition to your day-to-day duties, you will be given training in the various positions of each function, to include those outside of HR and Marketing, over the course of 12-18 months and how their work affects not only our company’s operations in India, but our operations globally. The goal at the end of this training is to help you identify the career path you are best suited for within the company and be promoted into the next level of your selected department with an accelerated track for management roles as our company continues to grow.

 

Your Day-to-Day Duties will include but are not limited to:

 

HR Administrative responsibilities:

              

  • Be responsible for job posting, resume screening and conducting the first screening interview round and then organise the rest of the interview process with respective Line Managers
  • Assist the HR Head in managing HR database for employee records such as leaves, payroll, attendance and other statutory compliance’s
  • Be the key point of contact for administrative coordination with all the Vendors and serve as the first point of contact.
  • Be responsible for office management such as ordering stationery, managing small celebrations in office such as birthdays or new announcements
  • Take responsibility for all field work such going to the bank for KYC process and other compliance works such as GST registration work etc or any other visit to any compliance office or ROC for any filings too.

 

Marketing Administrative Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure regular updates to the websites of our company, and upcoming websites including the content, product information, and promotions as provided by the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining files and information in Dropbox.
  • Keep pricing sheets up to date and ensure easy access for the sales team.
  • Coordinate and follow up with external vendors, including the web developer and 3D vendor, to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

 

You will also be assigned additional duties as deemed appropriate by the management team based on your competencies and skill level as you progress through the training program.

 

 

This position is not for someone who does not want to learn or do things outside of their core competencies. A willingness to learn and “dig in” is essential for success in this position and will be rewarded handsomely for that success.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management/Marketing/Business Administration/Human Resources
  • Business level fluency (written and orally) in English (American dialect required)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role in a HR /Marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools such as Zoho, and other software applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability in managing multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Highly trainable and organized

 

Preferred Experience:

 

  • Worked for International Clients or MNC

 

Expected Work Calendar:

Monday-Friday India Business Hours

Occasional Client Meetings on US hours
