Location: Khardi & Bugaon

Education: MBA preferred (Marketing / Sales / Real Estate Management)
Role Overview:
The Site Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the complete sales operations of a real estate project site, including Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and end-to-end site management. This role requires a proven track record of driving sales performance, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the brand with professionalism.
Candidates with prior exposure to the Kharadi real estate market and experience with reputed developers such as Lodha, Gera, Goel Ganga, Godrej, or Nyati will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Drive sales targets for the project by formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
- Manage end-to-end site sales operations including lead management, walk-ins, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor and optimize the sales funnel to maximize conversions.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Implement innovative sales campaigns and promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the site sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide regular training and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and result orientation within the team.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales and CRM functions for smooth customer onboarding and after-sales service.
- Manage customer escalations, resolve queries, and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
- Oversee documentation, agreement execution, and timely collection of payments.
Site Operations & Coordination
- Act as the single point of accountability for overall site operations including sales, CRM, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders – Marketing, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Senior Management – for site-related requirements.
- Represent the site in management reviews, providing updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales performance, revenue collection, and site progress.
- Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines, company policies, and statutory compliances.
- Maintain transparent communication with senior management regarding sales targets, site performance, and market dynamics.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and CRM practices in real estate.
- Strong market knowledge of Pune/Kharadi micro-market preferred.
- High level of integrity, customer orientation, and business acumen.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 10–15 years in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a current role managing the entire site (Sales + CRM).
- Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience working in the Kharadi market with reputed developers.
- Education: MBA (Marketing/Sales/Real Estate) preferred.
