Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Chennai and Bangalore, India


About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and execution of our product roadmap. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and exceed user expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Drive product strategy, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and prioritize features based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth.
  • Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in customer interactions, gathering insights to improve product usability and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, iterating and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay on industry trends and best practices in product management, applying new knowledge to enhance product development processes.


Desired skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
