About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Designer to lead the design of new initiatives within Pharmeasy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of new initiatives within Pharmeasy, from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive the design process for improvements and enhancements to existing products and services.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate ideas and improvements clearly.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
  • Present design strategies and solutions to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
  • Develop design principles and frameworks for continuous improvement of existing offerings.
  • Mentor and guide other designers in the team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience within the B2C space.
  • Proven track record of leading design for high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in refining and optimizing existing products.
  • Expertise in user-centered design, research methodologies, and usability testing.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex problems into clear, effective designs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers, advocating for design thinking in product development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
