Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Product Designer to join our team. A champion in user-centered design, you will promote the value of design and user-centered thinking, actively contributing, leading, mentoring, and supporting growth to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and constraints in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead the team in conceptualizing and driving design solutions that meet business requirements
  • Understand the impact and measure it. Navigate solutions that influence both inside and outside the design team and have a strong understanding of business success metrics
  • Ensure consistency of interaction across the app, reviewing interactions created by the team and refine them.
  • Design visually appealing, elegant but impactful end-to-end experiences that improve user interaction, scalable and effective design systems, ability to manage and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously and extensively contribute to the Rapido Design System
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech) to resolve interaction design conflicts, ensuring research insights are integrated into design decisions, curation, and articulating content design mapping user personas
Requirements:
  • Industry experience in leading projects, building positive relationships, seeking feedback to enhance and evolve
  • Experience in working in an agile environment, strong communication skills, comfortable in closely collaborating with the product, engineering teams, etc.
  • Good understanding of accessibility designs and standards in application
