R&D Engineer (Female) Industry: (Medical Device / Pharma Equipment)📍 Location: Remote💼 Experience Level: 10–20 yearsAbout the Role:We are seeking a Research and Development Engineer who can Train People with a solid background in medical device or Pharma ,who can design, development, and process improvement. The role focuses on supporting new product development (NPD), design verification/validation, and sustaining engineering activities in compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP standards.Your work ensures the safety, quality, and innovation of life-sustaining products. This position involves hands-on laboratory testing, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining compliance within regulated environments.Key Responsibilities:Conduct chemical and physical analyses on finished products, R&D stability samples, and raw materials.Perform analytical assays using techniques such as HPLC, pH, UV, titration, TOC, particle analysis, and flame photometry.Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with FDA, cGxP, and QSR requirements.Complete all project and protocol testing accurately and on schedule.Troubleshoot instrumentation and perform routine equipment maintenance/calibration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment in compliance with Baxter’s SOPs and safety policies.
