Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with hands-on expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Microservices and Architectural Design. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and secure services, ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems.


Key Responsibilities:

> Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Node.js and MongoDB.

> Build and manage microservices-based architecture to ensure efficient and scalable service deployment.

> Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging between services

> Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

> Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high code quality and maintainability.

> Troubleshoot and debug backend systems, ensuring continuous performance optimization.


Qualifications:

> Strong hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development.

> Proficiency in MongoDB and experience in designing efficient NoSQL databases.

> Extensive experience in developing and managing microservices architecture.

> Expertise in Kafka for building real-time streaming applications and event-driven architectures.

> Solid understanding of architectural design principles with a focus on building scalable and secure systems.

> Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, ensuring seamless communication between teams.

> Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
