Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team at Getinz. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience in software development; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, and implementation tasks.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring it is well-structured, modular, and follows best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine best coding practices and enhance client experience.
  • Develop Successors in Place by mentoring the individuals and assist in their career growth and update them with the technical challenges that might come their way.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and programming techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
  • Strong understanding of .NET, .NET Core, and Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Experience with database skills, including SQL and Oracle.
  • Ability to write stored procedures and maintain high-quality code.
  • Basic understanding of patterns like MVP, MVVM, and MVC.
  • Ability to think out of the box, plan, and build frameworks as building blocks.
  • Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer concerns.
