As one of our early senior engineers, you’ll have a direct impact on technical architecture, product direction, and team culture. This is a rare opportunity to shape a product and company from the ground up.


🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Lead design and architecture of scalable SaaS solutions for contract intelligence using various Gen AI LLMs.
  • Own end-to-end development of features: from requirements and design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Mentor junior engineers and set best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Work closely with founders and product team on technical strategy and roadmap.
  • Contribute hands-on in building APIs, services, integrations, and data workflows.
  • Drive decisions around cloud architecture (AWS), security, and performance optimization.


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) and/or full-stack skills.
  • Deep experience with databases (Postgres, MongoDB, etc.), API design, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Prior exposure to Gen AI, AI/ML, document processing, or SaaS products is a big plus.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.

  3. Technical assignment (2 hours max) – a practical task relevant to our product.
  4. For senior candidates, we’re flexible: instead of coding, this can be an architecture or system design exercise.
  5. Technical deep dive – review your code/design, plus system design discussion.
  6. Culture/fit conversation with founders – aligning on growth, ownership, and vision.
