Role Description
This is a full-time on site role for a Business Development Manager at CosaNostra Live. The BD Manager will be responsible to:
1) Identify and understand the college festival market and culture.
2) Research and shortlist potential college festivals and connect with their organising team.
3) Reach out to prospective clients via organic and inorganic modes of communication, eg. cold calling, cold emailing, referrals etc.
4) Understand their requirements and curate the artist lineup and negotiate with the clients according to the budget of the college festival.
5) Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to convert potential client's.
6) Support on ground co-ordination team for the festival execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or any field, with on ground experience of organising college based events.New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Basic understanding of project management in agile environments
- Strong Business sense and Communication skills
- Excellent in using Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Excellent in stress management and critical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
