Position Overview -
We are looking for Senior level Managers to shoulder the responsibilities of the Advertising sales of the said region. People who has got Minimum of 5 - 7 yrs experience in Television AD Sales(GEC), Radio AD Sales only should apply.
Responsibilities -
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
- Strong relationships with clients and agencies in the market.
- Effective leadership abilities coupled with adeptness in overseeing and inspiring sales teams.
- Proven history of attaining sales objectives and fostering business expansion.
Qualification -
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas
- Deep understanding of the media advertising industry particularly from TV/Radio Background sales is compulsory.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
