Housekeeping management. Must be a good and patient person to manage the operation of full serviced hotel. Flexible towards work-shifts and will be staying on premises full time unless on sanctioned leaves . Must have knowledge in food and beverages industry.


Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the management; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 5kgs without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
  • Staying on premises and maintaing daily checks and measures of the resort
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business
  • Aligning various departments to sync with one another to ensure smooth running operations


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
