We are looking for an Insurance Operations Analyst / Insurance Operations Senior Analyst You will be aligned with our Broking team processing end-to-end Tasks for our clients.
Your expertise in commercial insurance coupled with your strategic vision shall propel BluePond to achieve unparalleled success in meeting the evolving needs of business while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage end-to-end insurance tasks, including policy issuance, policy checking, endorsements, COIs, renewals, Claims and cancellations
- Review and validate insurance documents for accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of insurance transactions
- Assist in resolving client queries and issues related to insurance policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices
- Generate and analyse reports to monitor workflow and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide support in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of insurance documentation and processes
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analyst: 1 to 3 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance
- Senior Analyst: 3 to 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance
- Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., AINS) are a plus
- Experience with insurance management software and tools
