Job Description

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Requirement gathering for different project and solutions for public sector and Verizon connect business .finalize RFP(request for proposal), prepared High level solution design document/low level architecture design document ,provide solution for Verizon BSS projects.
  • Extensive experience in solution leadership and solution delivery with in-depth technical experience in BSS solutions and overall IT Architecture, eTOM Framework of a telecom operator
  • Hands-on Experience in BSS (Customer Experience, CRM (presales, post sales), Order management (order decomposition), pricing, billing, understanding of provisioning concepts, service assurance and revenue assurance)
  • Must have experience on deploying applications on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments and their impacts across various platforms (AWS, OCI, GCP, Private Cloud)
  • Must have prior experience in driving consulting engagements around technology, operational and business consulting
  • Must have prior experience in driving multimillion $ OSS/BSS Transformation programs, especially onto BSS Transformation Program
  • Technology and Industry trends & insights with active participation in open forums and analysts such as TM Forum, Gartner and so on.
  • Designed Enterprise Architecture artifacts including current state architecture, target state architecture, architectural roadmaps, Integration Architecture and Interface Integration matrix.
  • Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions and technical sales support for selected customer opportunities .
  • Drive technical transformation and BAU project discussion with customer if required and prepared high level design.
  • Give contribution to knowledge harvest session and give session to team on regular basis.
  • Skills in determining operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirement analysis and proposing solutions. ,Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are required
  • TM forum industry standards and frameworks TAM/eTOM/SID/TOGAF implementation .
  • implementing telecom domain knowledge (Billing ,CRM, Ordering, assurance ,end to end business flow)
  • requirement gathering and business process knowledge of B2B,B2C,B2B2X
  • knowledge of design pattern and SOA/ESB concept Tools required for Solution Design and creating HLD and LLD document knowledge, create end to end technical design documents

Desired Skills:

  • Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe)
  • Understanding of OOAD, RDMBS and Java front end and backend technologies
