Technical Architect - Telecom, AWS

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement robust telecom solutions using the full spectrum of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).

- Lead the architectural design of complex BSS/OSS solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

- Collaborate with software development teams to translate architectural designs into functional software solutions.

- Integrate various systems and services to ensure seamless functionality within the telecom environment.

- Participate in enterprise architecture discussions and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AWS services and telecom technologies.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.

- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, implementing effective solutions.

- Manage and document technical architecture decisions.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on telecom solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of BSS/OSS systems and telecom industry technologies (e.g., 5G, NFV, SDN).

- Prior experience migrating monolithic services to microservices on AWS is a strong plus.

- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

- Expertise in AWS services, including design patterns, security best practices, and cost optimization strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- The ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
