Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and strategic Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships, overseeing brand communication strategies, and building the DG's ecosystem and global presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development, brand management, and marketing within a fast-paced and international environment.


Key Responsibilities

~ Partnership Development:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with international companies, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to expand DG’s ecosystem.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners to drive business growth and enhance DG’s global network.

~ Brand Communication:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies that align with DG’s vision and mission.
  • Craft compelling narratives and content for various channels, including social media, interview founders, initiate press releases, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

~ Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and conferences to engage with the global business community and showcase DG’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

~ Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and partnership efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in their professional development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership development and brand communication, preferably in a global context.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the start-up ecosystem or business mobility sector is a plus.
