Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR at Sei AI, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting up meetings, and driving revenue growth. This is a great opportunity to be part of an innovative, disruptive AI startup.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Identify potential clients and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Book meetings and demos for the sales executives with decision-makers.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate prospect information and activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
• Research industry trends and competitors to refine the outreach approach.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to handle and engage prospects effectively.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
