Role: Product Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B/B2C SaaS environments, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful products

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Align product goals with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.

Execution & Delivery

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Oversee product performance metrics and iterate based on data insights.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Engage with customers to understand pain points and improve user experience.
  • Drive user research, A/B testing, and analytics-driven insights.
  • Partner with sales & customer success teams to enhance adoption and retention.

Financial & Business Analysis

  • Develop pricing strategies, business models, and revenue plans.
  • Analyze cost structures, ROI, and market positioning.
  • Ensure alignment between product investments and company growth.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate product updates and strategy to executive leadership.
  • Work with marketing to craft compelling messaging for product launches.
  • Foster a collaborative culture across teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or B2C technology products.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience in customer research, UX/UI collaboration, and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, market trends, and business performance metrics.
  • Strong technical acumen; ability to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, SQL, and product analytics platforms.
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
